Owner, Chad Suttles, is involved from the initial meeting to the final nail. He is there for every aspect of each project. Prior to obtaining his S.C. Residential Builders license, Chad began his career 30 years ago in the construction industry as an electrician. After that, he worked as a carpenter and construction superintendent while gaining experience in all phases of home construction. He has extensive experience in every step of the building process. Chad is passionate about what he does and feels fortunate that he is able to do this for a living.
Lisa Suttles is also involved in the daily process from start to finish. She is busy assisting with financing, contracts, permits, scheduling, and design. Lisa also brings an extensive amount of experience in the building business and real estate industry.
